SGMC Health Invites Community Participation for 2025 Health Needs Assessment

SGMC Health is embarking on its 2025 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) for both SGMC Health Main and SGMC Health Smith Northview. This assessment is a vital process aimed at identifying the health needs of the Lowndes County community.
